Holiday Terrace Motel

Stayed at Holiday Terrace and Critanya and Cardinal the front desk agent gave me the best service there is. Traveir the houseman also helped me out. Hope to see them again. Rooms: Was comfortable and exactly what we was looking for

This is what I'll say about this place, it is not ready to put anyone in their rooms to rent a room out for the night or week it backs up your toilet backs up your tub backs up and it's horrific. It's just not ready the plumbing is not ready it's an old Motel and it needs a lot of pipe work.

Aggravating. Noteworthy details: Don't allow you to talk to other guest outside of your room or you get kicked out.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Was in town for a wedding, this was our only choice for a place to stay. First room was dirty and AC didn't work so we were switched to another room. Cockroaches crawling on the blinds, on the mattress...bugs everywhere alive and dead!! Linens were stained, furniture was full of stains. We ended up leaving because the thought of sleeping in a cockroach infested room was disgusting. Turned in key, asked for money back and was told we stayed in the room for more than 30 minutes, so we were getting charged. Unless you are a fan of cockroaches crawling on you while you sleep, I would find other accommodations!!

I would rather sleep in a prison cell! This place is absolutely disgusting the owners are fraud pigs! Me and my husband have been living there because we hit a financial bump and weve been there for 4 months and they lie about money, they never clean anything, the rooms are disgusting there was literally 2 cigarette butts right next to our bed with someone elses food trash next to it. The room smells like cigarettes and urine. There is literally poop stains all over the toilet seat, there are spider webs all in the showers, the sink doesnt work. But the owners all drive fancy cars and wear fancy clothes . They want you to pay in cash (I personally believe because cash isnt traceable) and they are rude and have no respect of privacy. DO NOT STAY HERE THERE IS A MOTEL ABOUT 10 MINUTES LEFT OF THE PARKING LOT OF THIS RAT HOLE CALLED THE SHIP INN GO THERE!!!
