We had the BEST time. Bill was so accommodating and knowledgeable. The experience was unforgettable and the scenery is one of our favorite parts of Florida. Scheduling our guided fishing experience was so easy and he knows the waterway and area so well which helped us catch just what we were looking for. We can't wait for our next trip!

I have chartered Capt. William multiple times and he has always put me on nice red fish. Very personable as well. Highly recommend if you in the NE Florida area.

William knows the backwaters of the Amelia area incredibly well, he can put you on fish in water so shallow the birds are walking by. The boat is a blast too! The Beaver Tail runs in what seems like no water at all and slip right up on the trickiest school of Reds. Great time on the water with a fun captain!

If you are looking for a true backwaters fishing guide, Bill is your guy. Bill is a true local to Northeast Florida (Fernandina in particular) and it shows with his knowledge of the local waters. I have fished both fly and conventional tackle with Bill, and he has exceeded expectations every time. Whether you are a novice or experienced fisherman, Bill has the knowledge and experience to put you on fish!

If saltwater fly fishing is your game Bill is a great guide for you. I caught a bunch of redfish and false albacore with him. He understands the tackle, flies etc.; not just a spin fisherman masquerading as a fly fisherman. He is also very knowledgeable about the local waters and knows where the fish are. There are never any guarantees but you'll get more than just a boat ride. He can SEE the fish which is key to great sight-fishing with a fly.
