Worst paving company ever. Did a poor job on my pool deck and no one would come and repair it.

Let me start by stating I was not compensated, rewarded or given any type of discount for a review. I always quote 3 companies on all jobs like this. This job I went for four. Some vendors were not as responsive as I would have liked and some were ridiculously over priced. Florida Pavers was responsive and was able to share recent jobs and references they had completed versus some of the other companies using jobs done in years past. The price was competitive and I was comfortable with manner in which Bobbi Tursi and the office stated they would watch over the project. I originally was looking to install a travertine product and Bobbi recommended I go to his supplier as there are some different products that he thought would suit my needs better. The supplier was extremely helpful and I ended up selecting a marble product which cost a little more, but it was worth it in my opinion. Timing was a concern as I had an event planned at my home. Bobbi assured me he would work with the permitting process to expedite the install. Bobbi visited the job every day and was there to answer questions as they arose. The installers were very detailed in their cutting and polishing edges as needed. The pitch of the patio for draininage was well addressed and ultimately the job came out beautiful. I did have a problem with some staining that occurred from my palm tree droppings and Bobbi recommended a solution. There were a few points where the sand beneath the marble had drained out and created a dip, and Bobbi sent his team back out and they repaired the issue. I am very happy with the end result and my decision to utilize Florida Pavers. Bobbi Tursi was an integral part of the decision and is one of the main reasons I am confident in recommending them. Based on their excellent work on my home, if you are looking for a paver/decking company, I highly recommend checking them out. I will send some pictures to them as the deck looks fantastic.

Florida Pavers did NOT install our pool pavers properly and when I called to ask for help and fix the problem, Ida didn't return my call. Don't use this company. Ida's posting false information about an unpaid bill. Beware!

BEWARE of this company! They also do business as A & C Fl Pavers. Aida is the "sales manager" who also runs part of the company. She is highly unprofessional and I would never recommend my worst enemy to this company. Pavers were done on a house years ago, they were paid and they were supposed to have completed all the permitting. 5 years later the house was left to us from deceased parents. We found out the company never submitted the final permitting and it never went through final inspection. The house was under contract and  supposed to close in less than 3 weeks. The company was no help, even though we paid them and have the invoice that we paid them. They wanted our realtor to do all the work and she did everything she could and asked for their help. They would take days to get back to us, if get back to us at all. The receptionist would play games with me and put me on hold for over 10 minutes just to hang up on me. I would never use this company because they do not to the work that you pay them to do. I am no where near done with this company. I am going to be taking legal action against them because they took our money and never completed the permitting which is now costing us thousands of dollars and is delaying closing for god knows how long. Go somewhere else that returns calls!  Once they get their money they will not care about you at all! Horrible company that should not be allowed to do business.
