This company is a joke. They make you pay up front for the gas, refuse to give you a delivery date or time, and then when they are finally bothered to show up they don't even leave an invoice to show you what was actually put into your tank, so who knows if you overpaid. Their customer service is useless and not helpful. I will not be using them again and will tell anyone else the same

I am 81 years old and have used a few different services in Gainesville. Ferrell Gas in High Springs has worked with me like I am a family member. I am disabled with arthritis and have to swim in a heated pool to survive. I pay a substantial amount of money, but Ferrell Gas does not scam, use any false claims, and is a great fit for me. This company is a joke.
