Wow! Roy is awesome sauce! This was our first new (old) home and lots of new hurtles. Roy was great. We got our writeup 12 hours later. Not only that, since it was a HUD home we had a short amount of time to get all our estimates in. Roy put us in touch with all his hookups. We had our estimates from the contractors he referred the next day. I'd recommend Roy in a heartbeat to anyone!
