Changed dentists based on moving. Was told during my 1st visit that I had 16 cavities. Believed them even though I've only had one in my entire life. Had the 1st few done here at the office in High Springs. They were not gentle. Went to another dentist for a 2nd opinion since I've not had a cavity before. He went over the X-rays(that High Springs circled all the "cavities " on) and gave a full exam. Absolutely no cavities whatsoever, when High Springs Dental said I still had 8 left... Very upset that I was scammed into having 8 non-existent cavities filled and told I had 8 more that needed to be filled when they don't exist. Sad to manipulate people. I will be reporting the incident with my insurance as well as filing a fraudulent charge on my copay. A scam is a scam. I called to get a refund today and was told that cavity and decay are interchangeable and mean the same thing. The definition of cavity is a hole. Yes, a hole is caused by decay, but decay does not mean hole. After the call with the office, I feel even more strongly that they are trying to manipulate me and others in their care.

The office took 160.00 out of my checking using my debit info. I did not have a balance and dont know other got my debit card information. When I confronted them they didnt why that happen and credit back to my debit card. Dont trust them with any personal info and dont trust them with you teeth.
