I contacted Katy at MDF Magic Touch in September of 2022 to purchase several custom backdrops for my business, $4,800 worth to be exact. I paid in FULL to have these produced and was told they would be completed and delivered to me by November of 2022. Several months passed and we were told almost every week there was another delay for one reason to another. 6 MONTHS! or more passed and they still did not deliver. I tried to be reasonable and understanding but it was always one thing after the other. At that point I requested a full refund. I was then told they dont have the money in full (after I paid in full!) but will she will make partial payments. It has been a Nightmare and struggle trying to get my money back. I never received the backdrops so Ive been losing money because I expected to have these items rented. The owner will send a payment every few weeks or every other month. It is now almost a FULL year and she has still not fully paid. Please beware before buying from here.

Be careful when doing business here. Did not deliver backdrop/prop order after investing SEVERAL thousand dollars. Took over A YEAR to get a response for a refund. Katy then advised she cant pay back in full or all at the same time! She is now ignoring messages and did not complete the final refund payments. Now says she doesnt have it. Its a shame to treat other business owners in your same industry like this. Unbelievable.
