First time I ate the steak rebeye there, what a disappointment, very salty and seasoned meat, it was inedible. I'm not coming back, and not recommended

honestly it pains me to do this as i am a regular at this longhorn. when i was greeted here saturday 4/6 the hostess were rude. i have never dealt with a rude host here. they gave us weird stares etc. they seemed overwhelmed but still that isnt a way to treat a paying customer. this has never happened even on weekdays that are super busy! im usually greeted by the same two host who are nothing short of exceptional! its a short latina girl or a black girl with really curly hair(i dont know their names) but thats how i remember them and everytime they give me their full attention and greet us with their beautiful smiles. however this was not all! i was told that i can leave the tip for my server with them and that just doesnt seem right because the other hosts told me its best to leave the tip on the table and that im not supposed to be forced to leave it with them when i called back monday. i dont know if my server ever received his tip. i dont know but that was just very suspicious. i would like my refund back for the $50 i gave to the host to give to the server so i can give it to the server personally.
