If I can give a 0 star to this location I would! My grandpa was in this location and the service is beyond horrible. The rooms have mold and the building smells horrendous. The staff are not professional at all and dont care for the patients. I definitely do not recommend this place to no one.

The phones in my mother's room have not been working for the past three weeks. I emailed social worker Crystal Ponce regarding the issue but have not received any response from her. One of the nurses escalated the issue to the Director of Nursing earlier this week and was informed that they would be working on it. However, the phones are still not working. Furthermore, I was informed that this is not an isolated issue and that all the phones in the 100's area are affected. This is very concerning and needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

I am very disappointed at this facility. Please save a life the nurses here probably got their license from a bubble gum machine if they even have one. If you want COVID this place is for you. They make visitors put on a mask because the patients have covid in the back. They don't let the loved ones have a mask and found out from the health department my mom died at the hospital 2 days later and tested positive for COVID. The person in charge of these negative reviews just say have you talked with someone in charge have you talked with probably another person that doesn't know anything. Thank you guys for making me call rescue to get my loved one out. Please take you time to think about your loved ones life before you put them at this bubble gum factory. After seeing what my mom went through at this place, I bumped up my retirement contribution. Ending up here is my greatest fear.

Dont bring your loved ones here! My grandma was placed here after a week in the hospital and within the first day, she looks as bad, if not worse, than when she went into the hospital! They didnt bother to even check her charts. So upon arrival to see her (within same day she was transported), she had fruit stuck in her mouth even though her charts say liquid diet only! Absolutely terrible place all around. You are killing your loved ones by bringing them here! Within ONE day we had her transported back to the hospital. Mind you, they had her food shoved on a little table next to her as if she was able to feed herself. No railings on her bed, head hanging down on the side. Absolutely ridiculous. They will lie to your face to make themselves look good. I dont know how this place is still open and operating. Also, nobody even bothered to ask who I was or where I was going. I was lost even getting to her room in the first place and had to find it on my own. I will say it again, dont bring your loved ones here.
