        So far not a good experience. I set an appointment with them 4 days ago for my home that is still under warranty. They gave me a timeframe of 8-12 for the plumber to be here. No show. I called around 1 to inquire, they said they're sending them now. My father calls again at 2, they said they had an emergency but he's on the way now. 3pm rolls around, no show. I call and call, no answer. It is now 4:30. I sent an email because no one is answering the phone. Extremely unsatisfactory and inconvenient having to take the day off and sit around waiting for a service and no one shows or follows up. Pretty unacceptable and I shouldn't have to wait around for another day to have this issue taken care of. Shouldn't have the issue in the first place when the house is completely new. Service: Toilet repair
