This place is disrespectful no respect for children or parents been there waiting for hours no attention they dont respect appointments

The care of the pediatricians is very good, they feel reliable and my baby's doctor is very attentive and concerned, I love that my baby has a doctor who is permanent for him, before he was seen elsewhere and each appointment was with a different doctor and so no one really knew him. I recommend this place so that your babies are cared for in the best way.

Don't go to that place, I hope the owners of Citrus know the treatment their staff gives to their patients. I'm talking about the reception where appointments are processed and their medical records department where Miss Angelica Hernandez treats the patients who call very badly. expecting from her a cordial and kind treatment and above all that she resolves their request since that place the service it provides is for health and children which should be a priority issue when the place is empty they do not answer the phones if treatment is not friendly and they make you wait for hours without anyone being there. They have declined too much in their service or I don't know if they don't train their staff to fill customer service positions. Very dissatisfied with their services. It declined so much that I decided to change pediatricians. for the treatment of the doctors if not of their staff at reception and in medical records. Hoping that for the well-being of the patients who are still seen in that place, their staff and training will improve.
