I had my first visit with Dr. Mitrani today, I had to wait a bit after my appointment time but thats normal in most doctors. They seemed quite busy but once I got called in there wasnt much waiting after that. The doctor gave me some Afrin and checked my nose for polyps with a camera. He prescribed me medication and I have a follow up with him next month. He seems like a great doctor, friendly, smart, and to the point. The nurses there also helped me soothe my nerves while he was checking me. Overall great experience, hoping my symptoms get better with the prescriptions

This is by far the worst medical office I have ever been to in my entire life. I hate to put people down but there is only one word that could describe the staff, INCOMPETENT!! I waited for over 2 hours just so that my son could get seen for 5 mins. My son was supposed to receive a medication which the doctor asked to start immediately. The office staff told me the medication would be ready in an hour. Its been 5 days and they have still not been able to send the prescription order to pharmacy. I called 5 times to follow up on this and the staff has told me they will do it, but the pharmacy states they have not receive it yet. This last time I called, I was put on hold for 20 mins and then someone answered and asked what I was holding for. Very unprofessional staff. So lazy and sloppy. DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU LOVE TO THIS LOCATION. Doctor is about quantity not quality.
