Luxe Foot Surgery

I found luxe foot surgery by accident on instagram and decided to pull the trigger on what Id been waiting too long to do. I sent in pictures for an email consultation /quote and was responded to very quickly by Helen within 24 hours with a quote for the procedure (corn removal x2). I based my booking on their reviews and the posts I saw on instagram that showed really good outcomes for previous patients as well as my experience with Helen. Plus the quote wasnt bad at all and I was even given a discount (there was a promotion running the month I booked). Helen was an angel from the moment we were in contact, I could text or call anytime I had questions and she made everything so easy and seamless (I flew in from NY to have the surgery). Once I arrived at Luxe I was greeted with a big cheese smile by Cesar (part of the team) and Helen. The office is state of the art and beautiful, and the staff super inviting. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Doctor Ray is great, and is thorough when assessing preop - gives great explanations and made me feel 100 percent comfortable with the procedure prior to getting started. Doctor Johnny (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was great as well and he and Cesar did an amazing job at making me feel calm when I was a little anxious at getting the local anesthesia placed. *Btw you can get sweet air while there (laughing gas) and it helped tremendously with relaxing me. All 3 of the guys constantly checked in with me during the procedure and never hesitated to answer any of my questions no matter how silly of a question I asked. The 3 of them as a team during surgery are amazing and they work so well with each other, which honestly translates directly to increased patient satisfaction. During the procedure I started off wearing headphones and was going to watch an episode of my current binge show but they had a really good country playlist going and I ended up listening to that instead lol. The entire procedure took about 45 minutes and I was in and out of the office in under 2 hours. I am BEYOND HAPPY with the results and I havent even healed yet. (They also provided me with everything I would need for post op care) If youre feeling hesitant, read the reviews, look at their instagram page, speak to Helen. From the customer service to the actual procedure 10/10 would recommend Luxe to anyone! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr Lopez , his clinic and his staff. Helen, my coordinator was extremely professional , caring and helpful. I always had quick response to all my questions and concerns , and she made all efforts to make sure I was able to get the surgery and my follow -up visits around my very limited time and busy schedule . Dr Lopez is an amazing surgeon , and did a fantastic job on my feet . He is extremely dedicated, professional, charming and easy to deal with . I couldnt be happier with the results and the way I was treated by both Dr Lopez and everyone involved in my surgery and recovery process . I am extremely happy to have chosen Luxe Foot Surgery to do my toe correction and will be forever grateful to Dr Lopez and his staff for my beautiful toes.

Dr. Lopez and his staff were incredibly professional and friendly! I was extremely nervous about having my corns removed, but they made me feel very comfortable. I'm so glad I decided to go through with it. I would highly recommend them! I didnt feel any discomfort during the procedure! Thank you all sooooo much!

From consultation to after care was nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Ray performed bilateral taylor bunion repair and removed 3 corns. He and his staff continue to provide celebrity status care to me two months later as I am still healing. If I had to redo this procedure I would pick Luxe Foot again, hands down. Thank you Dr. Ray, Ceasar, and Helen.
