In my opinion DO NOT use these guys. One day your closing and the next day your not . These guys told me they were looking for a notary for our paperwork to close . Then the next day dropped our loan . So far no refunds for fees paid . We are reporting them to the state of Florida . Again, stay away . Bunch of inexperienced fraudsters .
