I went to Industrial Sheet Metal (ISM) to see if they can fabricate a exterior home accent I wanted to add to my house. I met with Russell (owner) and showed him a few pictures of what I had in mind, shortly after he came up with a 3D design of the louvers you see in the pictures below. Russel was extremely pleasant to work with, hes very conscientious on producing a quality product and making sure that you the customer is satisfied. His crew was great, friendly and they left the work site nice and clean. I recommend ISM for any of your sheet metal needs.

I haven't even paid yet, nor have I received the custom scupper drain I need, but from the first time I called ISM, Sandra has been amazing in following up with me even though this is probably their smallest job. I have 50 things going on, if it wasn't for her, this could probably drag on for days/weeks.. They even offer expediting.. Will follow-up on this review after I receive the scupper but have a good feeling it will be perfect...thank you Sandra, thank you in advance ISM!
