Mattress Kings

I bought a mattress for 1,600 dollars cash in this store, I told the seller that I needed a very soft one because I can't sleep on hard mattresses, he sold me a Mlily and the mattress is hard, the label said it would get softer but I already have a month and I haven't been able to sleep well. I called the store and the phone is out of service, I contacted Customer Service and the girl made the salesperson call me (Jorge A Barriere) what this man did was threaten me, in his words "if we go for it, I'll try." to help her" what kind of service is this??????? that they have to threaten clients,???? Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY HERE.

They dont care about the customer. They are just trying to make a sale. You WILL GET STUCK with horrible bed after horrible bed. There's no way to get someone by email or phone nothing. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. And the time keeps rolling and nothing has been done. This place is terrible if you're pregnant and need a bed DO NOT GO HERE you'll have a lot of back pain and no help! They don't answer the phone or emails. Worst customer service ever!

I am beyond thrilled with the customer service I received at this store. There was a minor miscommunication with my purchase but Kris went above and beyond to mediate this issue. I am a big believer in that things happen, but how you respond to problems is what matters. He could have easily said there was nothing he could do but he went out of his way to help us. They officially have a very happy and returning customer in me and my family. Highly recommend shopping here!

Jose is rude if youre not purchasing a mattress with him hell treat you like trash. Trying to exchange a mattress I purchased 11 months ago. And he refuses to pick up the phone when I call. The young lady there is very nice but youre on your own contacting the manufacture yourself. I will never refer or purchase a mattress from them ever. Were stuck with a defective mattress and now we will have to go purchase a whole new one!!! Still waiting for them to fill out my rebate three months later, nothing!!!
