      Good afternoon.
      We almost never respond to reviews, but in your case we will make an exception.
      Elianny tried to help you in everything she could, she lingered with you explaining everything she could, however you only wanted to hear the price she had in your mind, and nothing she did could satisfy your wishes. You in my opinion were not buying aluminum products you were just interested in hearing the price you were looking for. The fact that you don't know what you do or what you offer your customers has nothing to do with our products or prices and your bad review is only because you didn't like the final price.
