Of all my experience with store owners, this was the best and most professional, the owner is super, the attention could not be better, and the prices are the best on the market, I arrived there by chance through a Google add and all I mean, they have an excellent customes service, the service is so good that I don't think anyone can compete with them

Stay away from this place. At first we met with Jose and everything was great. However during installation, the installers scratched several of my cabinets, they left a section of the island with a big gap where is very visible that that area should have quartz there, they also have 3 seams that there is no reason for them, nor was I told there were going to be three extra seams besides the counter top one we knew about. There was glue or silicone all over my cabinets, my terrace and backyard, were they did their cuts was full of a white dust that i am still trying to clean. Jose was not at the installation nor did he came after to check on the final product. We reached out to Jose and told him we were not happy with the installation and that there was damage to our cabinets. His first sentence was " those damages were probably there and you did not noticed them" basically calling my wife a liar, whish and on it self is already very offensive. Calling a costumer that just spend over 30k in their kitchen and around 7 k counter top and backsplash a liar and not worry that they are happy and satisfied with the final product is incredibly unprofessional. Jose has already being paid in full and have not either come by the house to see and take responsibility for the damages and the issues with the installation but have not even returned our calls. It says a lot about a person's character when there are issues with the product and services they are providing and they stand up to take care of the costumer. During our kitchen renovation we had plumbers, electricians, tile installation, we removed a wall, cabinet makers, etc and we only had issues with the quartz Installation.
