        I called Nicks flowers yesterday around noon after a terrible experience with a so called Top Floral company in the US that never delivered the flowers to my girlfriend on the day of my anniversary the day before. Apparently, they use off shore customer service reps that dont have a clue of whats going on. I spoke to Nick personally and told him my experience and if he can assist me to get an arrangement delivered that same day. Not only did him deliver the same day (within a couple hours after I called) but the arrangement looked amazing and at a reasonable price. He went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Nick for the great service but also for being human. I will recommend everyone to you!
