FYI there are no employees manning this location after 10pm. I was there around 10:45pm and I put a $5 bill in the coin machine and it took my money! Its very convenient that this place is open 24 hours and the machines and prices are decent but if you have any problems with money or the machines youre on your own with no one there to help you.

Never again I rather go somewhere else to wash. The lady attending was so disrespectful all because I didnt read Spanish she said I lost my money to add more money to wash my clothes. All because the machine supposably said that you cant use hot water. Maybe if the sign was in English I would know. I dont walk around with a google translator. So if youre American and only read and speak English don't come to this this place. Everywhere you go the signs are in both languages. So disrespectful bad customer service.
