        I have been with metro pcs for more than 20 years and there are no promotions for customers, only for those who change from another company, that should not be the case, they should encourage their long-standing customers.

        I didn't catch the employees name but she was RUDE. I'm bilingual but my Spanish is not that great and when I was struggling to put the words together to ask a question she proceeded to rush me and give me an attitude and showed signs of frustration. I was the only person in there. First of all respectfully yes I speak Spanish but you shouldn't expect it especially working in customer service. I'm not bashing anyone but I'm not pleased that I was treated some type of way simply because I struggled to make a statement in Spanish.

        Karen and Carla were absolutely amazing very helpful we had a language barrier but even with that they went above and beyond to help solve a issue i had .and with their help I was able to get everything done.
