Terrible and unprofessional service, they deceive customers just by selling you the policy and omit details that are important to a new customer and when you want to complain to them or seek information trying to solve the problem, they respond with arrogance, they do not make things crystal clear, this office is not reliable at all.

I have never signed up for calls from this place and this morning they called me repeatedly. I told the person in the phone that I had never signed up for calls and they insisted I had. Even if someone had, why would you call multiple times in a row first thing in the morning? Then once told that I never asked for these calls insist that I had? It seems like some sort of coldcall scam.

DO NOT BUY HERE, YOU MAY REGRET IT. READ CAREFULLY BECAUSE I SAY SO! I felt cheated and here I leave my testimony so that you do not fall into the trap that they made me at UNISTAR UNIVISTA INSURANCE. I called to buy insurance for my truck and, apparently, the whole process was going well, since he had only mentioned the amount I had to pay monthly. Mr. Boris Carrasco offered me a policy that, apparently, everything was fine compared to the cost that it would represent each month. He quoted me and asked me for my bank information, but he never told me that he was going to carry out the transaction, this because, until that moment, he had not told me which company offered me the policy or coverage. After seeing a message that arrives on my cell phone charging almost $400 dollars, I ask him: why did you make the transfer if you never told me the terms and coverage of the policy?, much less told me the name of the company. Sensing my anger at the situation, he tried to manipulate the facts and finally told me the name of the company. I looked for the comments of that insurance company and, to my surprise, the users who had had experience only spoke badly of that company. I told him: Mr. Boris, I don't want a policy with that company, it has a very bad reference and I don't know it. This gentleman: he persistently tried to persuade me to believe that Bristol West Insurance was a good company. Finally I told him: I DON'T WANT THAT POLICY AND I DID NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO CARRY OUT THAT TRANSACTION. This guy told me: I can't do anything anymore. He sent me a Flat cancellation document to start a cancellation process with Bristol West, a process that almost two months later has not been resolved, that is, he washed his hands and now I had this problem and my money was lost until that moment. So far they have not returned my money, I have all the conversations in chat and I am going to present my case in court, I am not going to allow this to remain like this, they cannot continue abusing the consumer in this way. Unistar, the agent I report in this comment, is an agent of Univista Insurance, with whom I tried to communicate with the people in charge of these cases and they did not resolve me either. It was a complete disappointment to have had a business relationship with this company. The emotional stress that this whole situation has generated for me is frustrating and very valuable time is lost. Here I leave you my testimony, I hope it helps you all.
