    I dont know which lady I spoke to but she had no sense in helping me on my policy. Her tone sounded as if she was in a rush . I asked her to help me figure out something dealing with my policy and nothing why do you work in customer service if youre going to be ghetto and unproductive for the customer sounding all annoyed youre there ima call again and get my money back Unprofessional as hell Im taking my business where is appreciated, and respected as it should be

    Worst experience ever trying to cancel my insurance policy. I wish I could gave no stars whatsoever. So I sold my car and I simply wanted to cancel the insurance. The first call the lady told me that I need registration of the new owner or that I NEEDED to do something with my tag (taking it to the DMV or getting a new car with it) before cancelling the policy (which is not like that at all, and besides I still don't know what my plans are with that tag) Either way I was able to get the registration of the new owners and I made a second call, they told me that now I needed the new insurance that they added to the car, to which I told them that I don't even know if the new owners put or wanted to put an insurance in their car, they told me to wait, I was on hold for 15 minutes before the call or pass away or was hang up. So I called a third time ( More angrier obviously) Thankfully Madge was the representative that help me this time. The only competent person over the place apparently. I told her what happened and that I already had the paper they told me that I needed and that for some reason they were making this harder than it should be. In no time, lest than 15 minutes I had in my email the paper that I needed to sign to cancel the policy and 2 minutes later the same one was cancelled. So if you guys want to have a great experience call and ask for Madge otherwise the people on this place are completely useless.
