Elan Solea

I can't wait for my lease to be over. I dislike living here. Although the units may seem nice, they suffer from poor construction like thin walls, subpar flooring, the use of low-quality materials, and frequent breaker issues. The discomfort is further heightened by my neighbor's habit of playing loud music, which causes the bass to vibrate through my room. The people living above me are constantly running around and due to the poor quality of these apartments, I can hear every noise. It's impossible to get a good night's sleep or even enjoy my own personal space. It's frustrating to pay such a high amount of money and have to deal with these constant disturbances. I often find myself sleeping at my boyfriend's place instead because I can't bear to be in my own apartment. All of these factors among other problems have made my overall experience disappointing. If there was a way to terminate my lease without having to pay two months' rent, I would do it without any hesitation.

Deposit fee and application trap! My wife and I decided to apply expecting that we could show bank statements to prove our income because it self employed. They changed the story after they got my application fee we disputed it on our credit card and now this place is trying to put it on our credit as a collections without even moving forward with the application process, so theyre just trying to take our money and harm our credit if we dont!

Everything went nice moving in. Love the community nice and quiet. 3/2 very spacious love the apartment nice layout. Staff very nice and helpful. Maddy was the main one helpful and professional. Thanks

This is my review after 3 weeks of living at Elan Solea. First, a big thank you to Maddy and Thelma. Maddy has been very informative and attentive since the very beginning. The application process was easy, and Maddy was very helpful in answering all my questions. The moving process went smoothly, and the amenities are fantastic; they include a table pool, ping-pong table, fireplace, gym, and gorgeous swimming pool. It is incredible that they offer fitness classes on Saturdays and food trucks on site on Thursdays. The apartments are brand new and beautiful, but they came with some details, which, fortunately, the maintenance team has quickly fixed. Lastly, things that can be improved upon will be the hours for the clubhouse. The clubhouse is gorgeous, but unfortunately, it is closed on Sundays and only open until 5 or 6 pm. If longer hours can be added and Sundays can be open it would be great.

My experience with Elan Solea Apartment Building left much to be desired, as I found myself disappointed and unjustly charged for a moving fee despite never moving in. Upon initially expressing interest in leasing an apartment at Elan Solea, I was met with prompt responses and seemingly helpful staff. However, my perception quickly shifted when I encountered an unexpected hurdle: a moving fee, despite never setting foot in the apartment, let alone signing a lease or moving any belongings.It became apparent that Elan Solea was more concerned with collecting fees than fostering positive customer experiences. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I cannot in good conscience recommend Elan Solea to others. The unjust charging practices and lack of accountability demonstrated by the management are unacceptable, and potential renters should be wary of engaging with such a company.
