This place sucks not only so all the gates not work. They do not have enough attendants and pray on the poor innocense of human beings. They charge you 70 just for parking in the wrong direction even though you register your vehicle . They make sure not to contact you despite requesting your information. They also don't own all of the property apparently they are selling the club house 0 stars if I could.

Dont expect any security refund back to you. Ill give the place a 3 star because of the upkeep and amenities of the community. I believe it is well maintained, I think the gym can be cleaned better, it is not clean as much and you can tell. Lots of young kids go to the gym and vandalize it. Sometimes is annoying. But keep in mind that this place is no different than any other landlord. We all know how at the end of your lease landlords try to hold and keep your deposit in all ways they possibly can and this community is no different. Aside from that, remember that if you dont want to be charged for any wear and tear after you move you might as well not use any of the appliances or cabinets etc, they will find a way to charge you for cleaning, and find any little thing to retain your deposit. I understand that walls, floors and normal things like, bathroom etc, must be return the same way it was as when you leased, but the usage of the stove, refrigerator, cabinets, etc is something that will wear with time and usage, apparently they dont understand that. So bring your own stove and appliances or be ready to pay at the end for the usage. Overall it is a great community, but they are no different than any other landlord or management company in terms of their greed with money and wanting to make a profit anywhere they can.
