Manor Hialeah - Luxury Apartments

Marian gave a very informative tour and the amenities look amazing. I submitted my application within days, and I was told it would take 5-7 days. However, it has been 10 days and I have not heard if I am approved. I called to see if there was any other documentation needed and emailed for a status update. I was told I would get a call back from management today and since I didnt get a call back, I called right before the office closes and was told to wait but eventually the call dropped or they hung up on me. According to the application, it says that I am considered not approved if I dont receive a response within 10 days. Therefore, I requested a refund of the deposit but I am being told I will not get a refund and to wait until Thursday for a response.

Today I was with Marian Baez, from the Manor project in Hialeah. A beautiful and comfortable project. But let's get to the most important thing, I was surprised with the attention received from Marian and I will try to summarize it without falling short. Because the experience with her was so good that I want to try to say it in what I am allowed to write. He was kind and very professional, he provided me with all the detailed information on the units so that I could provide it to my clients. Thank you for having received me with so much respect. In short, their customer service deserves 5 . Today's experience was extraordinary, Marian is an example of this. Thanks thanks. I leave satisfied and recommend this project to everyone.

Hello, good afternoon, these prices are abusive. For the middle class, perhaps it is a mansion with all the luxuries. If you only rent a box, your ceiling is the other tenant's floor, your wall is the same. When these Cubans will continue to pass us in Miami and the surrounding areas. Even to seek income they are those of their nationality. The lucky ones and for the record I have very classy friends of their nationality. But others, I don't know how they act so arrogant.

Marian was of great help, she showed me around the property and introduced me to all the available accommodations around Manor Apartments. The area itself is very spacious and beautiful, would defend recommend to anyone looking for a hotel vibe and gorgeous atmosphere.
