        The first 2 years of filing taxes with this company were OK. Unfortunately, customer service declined and it got to a point I had to file my taxes with someone else this year. Keep in mind I had provided my info to this team on time and every time I would do a follow-up on my taxes, they would keep saying that it was almost done. Two months after, nothing was done, they just ignored me, and now I have to pay huge tax penalty due to the late filing. Just sad & frustrating
