        Today when I called the store someone answered very rudely. I was trying to confirm part that I saw online to see if it was physically in stock. The store associate then proceeded to tell me that they system was down and too bad so sad they could not help me. Based off of the way I was treated I went to the competitor it's next door before going I called, and they greeted me with exceptional customer service. As a person who started their career in customer service in Advance Auto parts many moons ago, it's a shame you have people like that in that store which give a good company a bad name and make someone else go to the competitor. It takes a lot for a customer to gain your trust but it's easy to lose it.
