This practice wants easy patients with manageable disorders. Our first visit, everything want well, student in the visit and we mainly just were pushed this genetics testing that is rather expensive. We decided to go for it, had some meditation adjustments at the time and left. Thats where things fell apart. We were only called in part of the dose, I called and left a message and by the time they responded (a week later) i asked to push out our next meeting since i had not been on the meditation but for a week. No reply back to that so meeting is still on @5:45 pm at the office. The test come back and i basically can take anything but like 15. They do not explain anything, the follow-up appointment was supposed to be short but no one told us. Then blame us for taking an hour. When we went in to the meeting, Diane had the rudest ora, just short with us because we had so many questions. You would think a person whose job it is to understand people like me would know how to be professional. The office is run so ineffectively, while in the waiting room we heard someone elses sessions as they left the door open. They say they are trying to help people, i need help and they refused to help me why? Because i emailed too much since no one would return your call. I have worked with some small doctors before, but byfar, this practice has been the most enept. You know your patient has certain disorders and you attack me in a vist with your ire? Im sorry you had a bad day, dont take it out on a patient. Maybe just dont overbook or have me come in late?? The saddest part was her husband, the "office manager" trying to make me look like the bad guy because i was afraid to take a medication and would not allow me to choose my own, based off of two visits. If you are a patient that has hight anxiety, manic, bipolar 1or2 with any severe stuff. DON'T COME HERE, they are not trained to handle you. They actually have a no urgency patient policy. They invited me to leave after 2 visits. Update 7/14: Dianne has now offered the specific medication i requested AFTER them telling me im no longer with their practice... They are so incredibly unorganized. When the husband/ office manager called to yell at me about my emails, he said he knew all about my last appointment and how it ran long. Yeah i bet you did since every door is kept open in this practice and she share patient information with her husband. This is a scary invasion of privacy. This practice lowered a very powerful medication of mine and then threw me to the wolves. Now they've trying to have this review taken down.
