        THE FLOORS IN THE ROOMS ARE FILTHY.DO NOT STEP ON THE FLOORS WITHOUT PUTTING A TOWEL DOWN FIRST!!!!!!.THE TOWELS WERE BLACK WITH DIRT FROM THE FLOORS

        Location is wonderful, beautiful scenery surrounding hotel. Room was immaculate and room service perfect. The coffee was not very tasteful but the breakfast was pretty good. The evening desk clerk failed to acknowledge us when we entered in the evening which I find rude. Also, during the day the hotel smelled very clean and fragrant. However, I did not enjoy the pungent odors of food being prepared in the later evening. The lobby was decorated very nicely and the overall experience was a 7 for me. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. Rooms: Very clean and comfortable Safety: Extremely safe neighborhood Walkability: Easy to navigate

        As soon as i got to the room the funny smell was really bad. On the same night asked for suggestions for dinner and the guy at the reception couldnt be drier and basically told me to look online. the next day asked for 2 towels and we were told they only could give one.do not suggest this hotel

        These people really know how to rip people off. Looking it up on the internet says it was $87 a night and the lady ended up screwing me out of $159 for the night.

        Our room smelled insanely musty. Overheard the maintenance man talking about a water leak from the second story into the ground floor rooms. I asked if the hotel had a mold problem or a water leak and they lied to my face and said no. The issue is not brand new the front desk was very quick to offer a dehumidifier as if they have this request many times per day. We left for several hours to let it work. They put it in the room but didnt turn it on. So we had to leave again. It didnt change the smell at all. So so gross. The halls smell like someone dumped a whole gallon of fabuloso to cover the smell. So gross in a different way. Run dont walk to any other hotel.
