        Called for a tow at 5pm. 14 calls, three towing companies that were supposedly dispatched, and managers and supervisors who promised to follow up and never returned calls. No one would take ownership of their systems screw up. System even sent me the first dispatch text at 1230am - with an eta of 6:43pm! Left me stranded from 5pm until 230am! Finally got a dispatcher who followed up. So it took 8.5 hours tonight to get a tow while I was stranded due to their incompetence and in a not great part of town off the 417.I seriously spoke to 14 different AAA Reps during this time! I've had AAA for 30 years. I will be driving to the Heathrow Corp office tomorrow to have some words with Member Services.This is inexcusable!
