Called in January bc of a flyer I received. Talked with Sergio who worked with me on my time, set up a policy and paid in full. Here it is 2 months later and get a bill for $132. Curtis wasn't able to get me an answer on the call and called me back soon after with an answer. Apparently I was given a bundle discount I shouldn't have received and now have to pay more. A manager reached out and it taking care of the overcharge. Gotta say I'm speechless as what other agency owns their mistakes. Thank you

The ONLY reason this is a 5 star is because of Patricia Vazquez Cardona who called us immediately to help with a time sensitive issue while no one else in the office called us back after leaving three messages stating we needed help asap. We had to use the website pretending to want to buy new insurance to get a call from someone. Sad an existing customer has to try to find a way in to get help. When Gian was there we didnt have these issues. Thank you again Ms Cardona!

Joshua Amos was amazing. Complicated insurance needs and he held my hand and guided me through the insurance forest with expertise and good grace. I highly recommend him and Marshall.
