        I just wanted to say that I have fallen IN LOVE with your food. After living over 35 years in Austria and all my teachings I have learned a lot about food and how important freshness and quality are for ones health. Remembering the statement made by the Greek physician Hippocrates (350BC) said to be the founder of western medicine, Let food be thy medicine. My son was diagnosed with Crohns many years ago and now because of Longview Farms, I see a light in the long tunnel to recovery. Only the quality and freshness of food can help him to heal.
