Teligent is a joke there owner treats there staff like there nothing more then number there Hr Kim is not for the people she is the biggest liar i have ever met in my life I was hired as a team lead and staff was allowed to cus me out and this was the norm there I was accused of being racist and when I went to have Hr handle the problem I was told to just ignore it . Well I should have listened when every one told me to sue them for making me work in a hostile work area I still have family there and the more I here the more I wonder why any one would work there besides just to collect a pay check . I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy because this place is not good for any ones health Or sanity.

Thoroughly enjoyed the time I was employed by this company. Great system in production and unity within all departments, as well as guidance from the human resource team and company staff members. The best part was the opportunityopportunity that was given to advance within the various positions available through hands-on training and offered educational advantage which was available to individuals interested in progression of career advancement.

I've worked here for almost 6 years and let's just be honest this is probably the most unprofessional business I've ever worked for. The management has no idea what is going on half the time and it is rare for them to have any kind of structure to their processes. It is a free-for-all and instructions are very vague and employees are terminated for not being able to keep up with a unreasonable expectations. Most of the equipment is Band-Aid together just waiting to fall apart and all personal protective equipment is by far the cheapest you can find. They could care less about the employees safety or welfare and only focus on speed not quality. The only time they follow procedure is when they are getting recertified it is amazing how any customer could stay satisfied. Avoid like the plague if any advice could be given!
