Agent was rude when called, refused to answer basic questions regarding the property when I called to look for housing for a family member. She attempted to terminate the call prematurely multiple times when I was attempting to politely ask questions. She stated that I am only allowed to ask questions in person. Perhaps its a rule for subsidized housing management, I've never heard this when attempting to find housing? I live 4 hours away so driving 4 hours to ask questions is not logistically feasible, hence why I called for information. Why am I not allowed to ask what the eligibility to apply is before driving 4 hours to pick up an application? She eventually hung up the phone on me when I was trying to ask a question.
