UHealth Clinic at Walgreens

The staff of the Uhealth Clinic are completely uninformed. I came by appointment with 3 children to do a physical examination for school. On the first day, on March 18, the employee said that I was 5 minutes late and she could not receive me with the children. We have moved the recording to March 25th. When we arrived on March 25, the new employee had already said before the fact that they had to put a test for turboculosis. And after the test, he billed me $ 105 in fact, without even specifying in advance whether I want to put this test to the children at all, and even more so whether I have the money to pay for them. After that, this employee assured me that we should come in 2 days and get a physical examination for the school. Two days later, on March 27, in the morning, the 3rd employee calls me and says that he does not want to receive me at the specified time because she has lunch and asks me to come at 03:00 in the afternoon. I agree and arrive, leaving all my business at 03:00 p.m. thinking that I will finally get a uniform for school. As is already the new employee says that I now have to pay $ 105 again for the results. While we were sorting it out, an employee of the center, closing the door of the room, pinched my son's fingers and did not even apologize, but simply closed it and when I demanded to go out to see what she had done, she laughed and said go and do an X-ray yourself and then just closed herself like her supervisor would call me and figure it out

If I could give 0 stars I would. The pharmacy is under staffed and the employees there seem to care less. They're tons of Walgreens run to another one. This one needs to be restaffed and retrained.
