Very poor customer service from the actual owner. Michele the owner had been recommended to me and after reading supposedly good reviews, I was very disheartened by his lack of consideration and careless attitude. He set an appointment with me and clearly on my only day off, to tell me he could not keep his word. I would have appreciated if he had been honest from the start and not had me go and waste my day early Im the morning to get my car checked. There are NOT good signs of reliability and I will NOT consider this a place of good standing for me to take time in and do business for car service. I would NOT RECOMMEND HOLLYWOOD TIRES.
