        My parents have been on this site for several years in the winter and they love it. The owner's son is super nice and the neighbors are very friendly. Small heated swimming pool, community room, bathroom, laundry room is practical. In addition there are several trees which create a beautiful atmosphere. It's about 30 minutes from downtown Miami or Fort Lauderdale, direct access to the highway.

        When he heard my voice I can tell he hesitated in wanting to rent to me. I asked about any vacancies he said for when. I gave him the dates he explained what other fees regarding plus taxes I said fine. Then he says how big is your rv then he said you cant stay long term I said thats fine. Then he said how old is your rv- when I told him he said you cant stay its too old. He was looking to tell me no from the jump but its amazing how far ingenuous people will go to avoid helping others because of their race.
