ELDERLY ABUSE!If I was able to give this company a (-5 star rating), it would be here! My father 87 years old, fell and was in a Nursing home for more than 2 months, meaning; no phone, mail, email. Since he has been out of the nursing home and back at his residence, he has been trying to play catch up. Centauri via Regency Insurance has told him and sent a new bill with a 63% increase in annual premium. He has now been informed that they will no longer be able to help/offer insurance at any price, representing over 40 companies. Stating that none of any of their insurance companies are writing new policies.

Horrible place to work, do not accept a position here even if you are out of work, it is not worth it.
