Extraordinary after sale service! After 7 years of purchasing furniture, went back to switch cushions on a sofa for a different density. Not only we were recognized instantly, but replacements were ordered and delivered home very fast! Total satisfaction with their attention and service.

Just received delivery on a beautiful, gamma bed, which I purchased from Wasser Furniture. They were so good to work with, Josh was a phenomenal support and really knowledgeable about purchasing furniture and having it delivered halfway across the country. Had some minor complications with the white glove delivery, but Josh maneuvered through it really really professionally. It was all resolved quickly, could not be happier. . thank you everyone at Wasser!!
