Despite being a long-time customer of this shop with no previous issues, I must express my profound disappointment with my recent experience. I ordered a bouquet for my in-laws' anniversary, only to discover it hadn't been delivered as expected. Upon contacting the shop, I was informed that the delivery service failed to leave the bouquet due to purported unanswered calls and doors. Normally, deliveries to my in-laws' condominium are effortlessly received by the front desk staff 24/7, making this incident particularly perplexing. While the bouquet was eventually delivered the next day, it was missing the special gold butterflies I had paid extra for, which held sentimental value to me. The florist's response to this discrepancy was unsatisfactory; instead of acknowledging the mistake, they opted to substitute the missing butterflies with additional flowers without consulting me. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they proposed delivering the plastic ornaments instead, an offer I found both inappropriate and insulting. What ensued was even more disheartening. The florist's attempt to refund a paltry $2.89 (instead of the 3$ paid) after a $133 purchase including a $12 delivery fee, felt like an insult. When I declined the refund and returned it, the florist shifted blame onto my in-laws for not being available on the anniversary. It is absurd to expect clients to ensure constant availability at the recipient's end, especially for surprise gifts. Regrettably, this experience has shattered my trust in this shop, and I caution others against entrusting them with surprise gifts or bouquets, as they may not meet expectations. As a once-loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed and will be seeking alternative florists in the future.

Worst experience ever. They don't reply to emails.. they sent deliver the flowers on the wrong date! As the person was leaving town.. I got the custom photo.. never got it because they never responded to the email 100$ on a tiny arrangement to be delivered on the wrong date as the person was leaving!! Terrible not only that the person birthday suprise was ruined over priced over hyped store.. this is a harsh review yes keep in mind I called to try to resolve this more civilly no one answered Re edit they answered and attempted to make things right the lady was very nice but it doesn't change the fact that the suprise was ruined they tried to make things right yes. Scheduled a new delivery but please do better next time I choose this store because of how talented you guys are. I understand my order was maybe very small but the act behind it wasn't treat every order with the same integrity please. Thank you for making thing right
