        They ruined an expensive jacket that I only wore once, did not admit it and did not compensate for the damage. I highly do not recommend this dry cleaning.

        I will never use this place again. Since they changed management it went downhill. They ruined 2 of my suits. I took a bunch of clothes one pair of pants shrank one jacket have holes and the other jacket looks horrible. Unfortunately i didnt chk it right away and couldnt go back to complain but one thing for sure will never go back there and wont recommend this place.

      Hi Ekaterina, we have specific protocols in place when we receive a damage claim from a customer and even send out garments to the Dry Cleaning & Laundry Institute to be studied to see what could have happened. On the extremely rare chance that we do damage a garment and DLI (the third party and national insititute) comes to this conclusion we do compensate our customers.
