The employees were very rude and they pretend like they don't speak English.. long lines due to lazy workers .. this establishment will be reported to the better Business bureau

I need help for sure with what was done at this store! It was a great when I went there but I got sold a false bill of goods. Jose said he had so many customers that day (he only had 1 other) that he couldn't remember telling me about the free phone. Then he said he never did the promotion for me because he thought I only wanted the line on my old phone like all his other customers. Even though I said I needed a new phone. I was just there, he's back stepping on his carelessness. I was lied to and they did nothing but activate my line incorrectly. He then said to go to the office in Hollywood but that they might not be able to do anything. They just don't care about their mistakes and they do everything to avoid what's right.

Had a very bad experience at this location a couple of days ago. To begin with the store says both online and on the door that you guys open at 9am I was waiting and waiting and the whole time a car was parked beside me the whole hour I was waiting. A car pulled up at 9:51am to open the store and it turns out that the person parked next to me was THE WORKER. He sat in his car for a full hour while the store was locked and so when I finally do get inside the store at around 9:58am they tell me that I have to wait an additional 30 minutes because they dont have internet to process my payment, I advised him that he witnessed me sitting next to him for a hour, I already waited I might as well wait the additional time for the internet to kick back up, he then tells me to go to another metropcs location when I once again declined he just had a very nasty attitude. The whole entire time he was giving me attitude and being disgusting I was on the phone with customer service. Long story short they heard how nasty his customer service was that they comped a portion of my bill and they upgraded my account free of charge. IF YOU GUYS ARE OPENING THE STORE WHEN EVER YOUR EMPLOYEE DECIDES TO ROLL OUT IF BED THAN PLEASE REMOVE THE HOURS OF OPERATION STICKER FROM YOUR DOOR.

Yesterday I had a bad experience in this store, because we went with my son to buy a new cell phone looking to get it financed. But neither my son nor I qualified with excellent credit and with 7 years that I have been with metro pcs, we feel very bad and I think that We will have to change companies, Miss Estefani who assisted us said that in a month they would send us a message why they did not give us the financing, I bought the iPhone 15 pro cell phone but because my daughter needed it urgently but I am sorry for that bad experience!

Excellent, they answered there phones while other T-Mobile didnt so they got the sale.
