I'm done with them individually and with all of them together!!! The hairdresser constantly cries that he has no money.And he never answers simple messages on the phone on his permanent customers and this way he treats you like piece of garbage. After all this, he says that he does not work in the salon and only accepts clients at home.(I WAS WONDERING HOW HE WILL DO THE HIGHLIGHTS AT HOME HEHEHEHE) The manicure misses the main base and as a result the gel coating peels off like artificial nails Eyebrow lamination lasts only for 10 days and then the owner gives you advice to buy a gel for eyebrows and styling the eyebrows with gel .. After ALL this they start to call you every week and asking you why you dont want to go back!!! Hey I never signed with you marriage AGREEMENT!!! STOP CALLING ME EVERY WEEK! I WILL NEVER GO BACK IF YOU OFFER FREE SERVICES! I already forgot about you but By your further behavior you invited yourself to receive a bad review!!!

Went for the first time for coloring and Japanese hair treatment. Robert was the person who did a great job on my hair. He listened to my requests, Robert also made some suggestions, and at the end-I was one happy camper! Robert has a nice, extremely patient personality and I'm glad I trusted him! Totally recommend Robert's services and the salon in general. Valery is a welcoming host/owner , and she makes you feel comfortable. I know it's her place and she by fault has to be nice :) but not every owner has a warm smile and cheerful personality.
