I wish I had the same experience as some of the others the whole attitude changed after I hired him, which was very traumatic and shocking because he knew what I was going through with the HOA and seemed very personable and like I could trust him. I could t understand the sudden change in his whole position and tone and attitude, it felt like it was a total switch maybe he didnt have time anymore idk and I suffered for it which to me doesnt feel very ethical. Still having harassment issues with my HOA btw

Herb was efficient and guided me through the process of getting my request for my ESA approved. Big Hero and I are forever grateful, thank you Herb!

We had a condominium association board who were trying to force us to remove our service dog and ESA dog. Even with proper documentation, they had a vendetta against us. Herb came to the rescue. Since we had moved due to the harassment, Herb was able to obtain a financial settlement, in addition to, the association now being overseen by HUD for six months and the settlement information being public record, in case they try this again on another owner. Thank you Herb.
