        I agree with some of the negative comments. However the association is having all new people as the Board members and I believe things will definitely change. I know some people can be challenging, but the place us kept clean and most people are pretty ok. Especially the 5th, and 3rd floors. Very friendly. Yes, when grand kids visit there is no jumping, or soda drinking around the pool. There are places in back of the building to sit and have lunch. Sorry that people have negative feelings about FR. Hopefully, all will be good.
