They did a good job. But my car when I went to go pick it up was filthy. There was dust all over the car. I Asked the lady the help me out to see if they can hose the car down and she said yes of course but they never did nothing. Also the stripped 2 of my lug nuts I spent almost 700. My car was filthy and now I have to get brand new lug nuts. Also they stayed with the key to the wheel locks. They lady that helped me was nice but this place is un organized

I really wanted to like these guys. They do great work. But can get sloppy here and there. Which is okay. I'm a pretty understanding guy. As long as we can work on making things right then I have no issues. However that didn't happen here. At least not as well as I'd have liked.I gave these guys a pair of Work wheels some time last year. These wheels were polished with Silver windows. and they did a magnificent job. The wheels are gorgeous. They took a while to give them back. But whatever. I'm patient. The car these are going on have an identical set of wheels but with black windows. My wife had been the one too take them because I was very busy. She had asked them if they could also paint and match the windows to be Silver like the pair they just completed. They told her no problem.I later bring the black windowed wheels to be repaired and color matched and they shut me down and say they can't do the color match. I'm upset because I came up there on the notion that the job could be done. But it is what it is. I ask him for suggestions or advice and he tells me I could always go to a paint shop and have the wheels matched there. So I say fine. I let him repair and take care of the polished portion of the wheels. Again I get the wheels back and they look gorgeous. But they're black. I need Silver.I find another shop to paint the windows as recommended by the gentlemen. When this shop paints the wheels. They are very thorough and always expresses concerns about damaging the diamond cut. He shows me pictures of his process where he tapes of the previous work and only leaves the windows exposed to sanded by hand and then painted the silver to match the first pair. They go to remove the tape and paper used to cover the polished faces and lips and the tape brings the clear coat with it. Shop calls me and tells me that the clear came off like paper. I ask him if he can just re clear but he's afraid of damaging the diamond cut and says to take them back to Alloy Wheel repair to get the faces and lips redone.Keep in mind this only occurred on one of the wheels. My wife takes the one wheel that was missing the clear and speaks to someone there who immediately guessed that the clear came off without her even explaining what happened. As if this was a common occurrence. They assure her that the wheel has warranty and they wheel fix the issue no problem. They keep the wheel for a couple of weeks and then call me and say that they can't warranty the wheel because of the color change. I'd like to think i'm pretty composed and argue that the color change was done at their suggestion and that the other shop took all measures they could to not interfere with their work. That the issue was with the clear not bonding to the surfaces. He keeps arguing that clear falling of was the other shops fault and not theirs. But that logic is flawed because the other wheel that is also color matched still looks immaculate. In the end he says he'll cover the wheel but he basically bans me from returning.Side note: I had also liked their work so much that I had recommended a few of my buddies to go get their wheels diamond cut with him.Fast forward a week and I'm informed the wheels are finished. I pick them up and immediately notice something's looks off but I didn't bring another wheel to compare to. I take it home and find that the wheels look different and there's many imperfections. The lip appears to have waves in the clear and the edges meeting with the windows look very poor and the wheel now has a very noticeable blue tint to it.I'm disappointed as this will likely mean I now have to find another shop to redo all 4 wheels to match and that would mean that all the money and time Ive spent thus far is for nothing. Charge it to the game I guess. But use at your own volition.I wish them the best. I guess I was just unlucky.
