        The vegetables did not look fresh, they should change the vegetables, they seem old and it is not appetizing.

        was sitting in there at 7:50am because auto was full in back(they open at 8) and not bothering anyone. Lady comes in and immed becomes confrontational and saying we are not open and acting all rude. I slowly got up and said to her way to be rude. I was going to get a sandwich but now ill never eat here again or bring my family.

        The Hispanic lady who served us was very rude and contemptuous. It seems that she does not have a very good reputation since obviously the reviews of this restaurant are terrible. If you don't want to have a bad time and be poorly served, it would be better to avoid this one. place at all costs, terrible customer service, terrible manners, yelling, lack of products, and a very hostile environment, please retrain and discipline this person who has led to the collapse of this location

        Please somebody need to train the lady that was there today around 4.00 pm. She was extremely rude. Not willing to help. Saying comments out of place Horrible experience. I will mever come back again. This lady needs to be fired.

        Terrible customer service the senior Hispanic lady who was wearing a purple shirt who assisted us today was very rude poor customer service, and very bad attitude , ask her about the subway coupons and instead of explain she only said I dont know you have to read it (big red flag ) then asked to do not add cucumbers on my sandwich, the lady asked me what is for you a cucumber? I had to show her which one was it and she confessed that she didnt know the difference between a pickle ,and a cucumber ,the lady tried to justified her actions blaming people from other countries saying that they do not know speak their own language well,which is unnecessary and unacceptable , I asked her if we could use the Walmart credit card which is a regular master credit card and her answer was no we are not Walmart it seems this lady needs to be retrained on customer service
