Buying a home here should be recommendation enough, but I felt strongly that I should share the positives of the experience. We saw the potential in this community right away. Its a slightly smaller community so there will be a chance to really know the neighbors if desired, its close to downtown Haines City, the beautiful lake Eva Park and amazing taco eateries. So far its seemed quiet and calm, though of course much of the area is still under construction. Im excited to raise my family here and am looking forward to the future. We worked with Ryan in the sales office and had a positive experience with him. Hes extremely open to questions and knowledgeable about the process, whats happening on the site, and more. Another thing we liked was that Richmond American has a well curated home gallery (called design center by most builders) that actually only shows options not on back order. With supply chain issues a constant threat to timely completion, that was a really great extra attention to detail that we appreciated. Cant wait to move into our new home.
