Six years ago we purchased a timeshare and immediately regretted it. We often wondered if there was any way to terminate, but reluctantly continued paying and began to accept that we would be stuck with it until the contract expired. After contacting Zetrouer Pulsifer, we worked with their team and we are now beyond happy to say that our contract has been terminated! We couldn't be happier with the outcome and the experience we had working with Zetrouer Pulsifer!

Shannon brought relief to us after years and years of struggle with our timeshare. We had so many bad experiences with people making promises and not following through. She was successful where others were not (or maybe just took our money and didn't even try). I knew I could trust her and she showed nothing but professionalism, understanding and knowledge. Of course I hope I never have to work with her again but I would recommend her to anyone who needs her!

After trying for months to reach the vacation club with no reply or pushing us from pillar to post, we finally decided to seek help. Looking at so many companies offering help to exit Timeshare, we concluded that they are perhaps as shady as the timeshare companies themselves. Finally we found Zetrouer Pulsifer through a recommendation . We contacted ZP and immediately felt comfortable with their straightforward approach. Tyson was our main contact but everyone we spoke to at ZP was professional, compassionate and action orientated. We could not have hoped for a better outcome. The process takes time, be patient, but certainly worth it. ZP's fees are very reasonable and no surprises. Kudo's to ZP, they replied to every email we sent, and every phone call we made. GREAT JOB, 100% recommend them if you want to get out of the Timeshare chokehold !
